DESCRIPTION:CASK\, CORKS & FORKS IS BEING RESCHEDULED.  WATCH FOR UPDATES.\nJoin the wineries of the Grand River Valley for an afternoon in Ohio Wine Country for the release of CASK 1023!\n\nSample the finest Reds in the Grand River Valley!\n\nThe Winegrowers of the Grand River Valley formed back in 2002 to promote the growing and vinification of regional wines from estate grown grapes. The Cask Project began as an idea in 2010 to have a continual red wine blend from the Grand River Valley.  Each year a percentage of the wine will be bottled and sold to make room for the next year’s harvest.  The date on the bottle represents the year it began “10” and the year it was bottled “23”- Cask 1023\n\n\nPatrons will visit each of the five wineries in any order they choose.  Each winery will provide samples of their signature “Cask 1023” red wine & another regional wine along with a delicious appetizer.  Be sure to pick up a trail card at your first stop.  Visit all 5 wineries and you will receive an 18 oz commemorative red wine glass. \nCask Tasting Menu\n– Debonné Vineyards –\n(French Oak Barrel)\nCoq au Vin Chicken Skewers \n– Ferrante Winery & Ristorante –\n(French Oak Barrel)\nRavioli in a Roasted Wild Mushroom Truffle Cream Sauce \n–Grand River Cellars Winery & Restaurant–\n(Hungarian Oak Barrel)\nPenne Pasta with a Puttanesca Bolognese Sauce \n– Laurello Vineyards –\n(Hungarian Oak Barrel with French Oak Heads)\nHouse made Meatball in Sauce with Crostini \n– Cask 307 –\n(French Oak Barrel)\nChocolate Truffle Wine Cupcake \nCost is $12 per person at each winery.\nPrice includes wine samples and hearty appetizers.  Visit all 5 and receive our commemorative red wine glass.
