Grand River Valley Cask Tasting

The Wineries of the Grand River Valley invite you to the 8th Annual Cask Tasting A Progressive Food & Wine Tasting Event

Join the wineries of the Grand River Valley Debonné Vineyards, Ferrante Winery & Ristorante, Grand River Cellars Winery & Restaurant,  Laurello Vineyards, & St. Joseph Vineyards for an afternoon of wine sampling paired with delicious appetizers made from meats, fruits and vegetables from our local farms.

Patrons will visit each of the five wineries in any order they choose.  Each winery will provide samples of their wines including the release of CASK 1019 along with a delicious appetizer.  Area maps will be provided at all wineries to help patrons plan their trail.

Cost is $6 per person at each winery.

– Debonne Vineyards –
(French Oak Barrel)  Italian sausage stuffed peppadew pepper with parmesan

– Ferrante Winery & Ristorante –
(French Oak Barrel) Wild mushroom, Dijon & sage puff pastry pursette 

Grand River Cellars Winery & Restaurant
(Hungarian Oak Barrel) Cask 1019 Chocolate wine cake topped with port infused whipped cream 

– Laurello Vineyards –
(Hungarian Oak Barrel with French Oak Heads) Sliced local beef tenderloin on a croissant with mild horseradish cream

– St. Joseph Vineyards –
(American Oak Barrel with French Oak Heads) Locally sourced black Angus beef brisket, slowly smoked over hickory, served on a whole wheat baguette & accompanied by a chocolate sweet.
